1Introduction

sgg77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisf actory documentation, your account may be suspended pending verification, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld until the matter is resolved.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on sgg77. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, sgg77 may close the additional accounts and, where abuse is identified, suspend all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sgg77 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. OTP verification is used as an additional layer of protection on login and sensitive account actions.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at other points during your use of the platform. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID. Additional documentation may be requested at sgg77's discretion.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits on the sgg77 platform are made and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency is accepted, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers (online and mobile banking), GCash, and Maya. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within your account. sgg77 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or wagering.

• Deposits are typically credited to your sgg77 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• sgg77 does not charge processing fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside sgg77's control.
• Funds deposited into your sgg77 account must be your own money. Deposits made using funds belonging to a third party are not permitted.

sgg77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks. Deposits that cannot be verified may be frozen pending review.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to ensure funds are returned to their source.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held until documentation is submitted and approved.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers typically take one to three business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally faster but are subject to the availability of the respective services.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on sgg77 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirmation. sgg77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed, except in cases of a clear system error on the platform's side.

sgg77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical error caused incorrect odds, game outcomes, or stake calculations to be displayed or applied.
• The event or game was suspended, abandoned, or cancelled before a result could be determined under standard rules.
• There is evidence that a bet was placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of placement (integrity issue).

For sports betting, results are determined based on the final official result of the relevant sporting body. In-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time during an event at sgg77's discretion. For PBA, NBA, boxing, football, volleyball, and esports markets, standard sporting rules apply unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules displayed on the platform.

Game outcomes for live casino, slot games, and eBingo are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer processes. sgg77 does not manipulate game results, and each round or spin is independent of all previous and future outcomes.

7Bonuses and Promotions

sgg77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games or sports. • Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit a bonus through systematic low-risk betting, account duplication, or collusion will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

8Prohibited Conduct
